- Pour the seasoned beef mixture into a large skillet. Add 2 cups of water, then cook over medium -high heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until internal temperature of ground beef reaches 165°F.
- Spoon the taco filling into tortillas, top with cheese, taco sauce and seasoned omatoes.Enjoy a fast, flavorful, healthy dinner — no prep needed.

Pro Tips!
- This meal is complete on its own, but if you have them on hand, sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, or a dollop of sour cream make a great finishing touch.
- For a softer, more saucy taco finish, stir in a splash of water near the end of cooking and let it simmer briefly until everything comes together.
- If desired, warm the tortillas for extra softness. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and heat at 200°F for 5–10 minutes, or microwave briefly (about 30 seconds) until warmed through.
- If you’re short on time and forgot to thaw, this meal can be cooked from frozen. Add an extra ½ cup of water (about 2 ½ cups total) and cook on low at the start to gently thaw while cooking. Once thawed, increase heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the beef reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
