Cooking Instructions
- 1. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator to allow flavors to develop.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove cheese from the kit and set aside.
- Preheat a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with avocado oil, if needed. Add chicken
and seasonings. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side. - Add 4–6 cups water, depending on desired broth consistency. Transfer pan to oven and bake 25-30 minutes,
or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. - Remove from oven, top evenly with cheese, and return to oven for 5–10 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.
- Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
