Our Protein-Packed Pancakes deliver that warm, fluffy weekend-morning comfort without the sugar crash or carb overload. Made primarily with organic all-purpose flour and enhanced with almond flour for added flavor and carb balance, they provide a meaningful boost of clean protein that keeps you satisfied long after breakfast.

These pancakes are tender, airy, and rich in flavor — never flat, dry, or bland like typical mixes. They’re so good they don’t even need syrup, though you can add it if you’d like. A family-friendly breakfast designed to fuel busy mornings with something that truly tastes as good as it feels.

1. Preheat griddle or skillet to medium-low heat.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 beaten egg and 2 cups water.
3. Add the entire bag of pancake mix. Stir until combined. Batter may still be slightly
lumpy. (Add a little more water if you prefer thinner pancakes.)
4. Lightly grease hot surface if needed (we recommend avocado oil).
5. Scoop ¼ cup batter per pancake onto preheated surface. Cook until small bubbles
form on top, then flip.
6. Cook 1–2 minutes on second side. Remove and allow to cool.

  • Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for several days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat from frozen, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for a few minutes, or warm in the air fryer at 250°F for 5–10 minutes.
  • For an extra boost on days you want more from breakfast, top with peanut butter, whipped cream, or your favorite fruit toppings.
