Cooking Instructions
- Thaw meal overnight in refrigerator. This allows shrimp to soak in brine and absorb additional flavor.
- Drain shrimp and set aside. *(Do not rinse.)*
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add linguine and cook 7–10 minutes, until al dente. Noodles will finish cooking in the sauce. Reserve ½ cup of pasta cooking water *(starch water)*, then drain and set noodles aside.
- Pour **Lemon Garlic Sauce** packet into a sauté pan. Add reserved ½ cup starch water. Bring to a boil and cook on medium for about 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.
- Add shrimp to sauce. Cook 1–2 minutes, tossing and turning shrimp. Cook an additional 1–2 minutes.
- Add linguine to shrimp and sauce. Cook 3–5 minutes, tossing constantly until pasta is fully coated and shrimp reach an internal temperature of **145°F**.
- Let sit 2–3 minutes to thicken, then serve.
