Beef Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Savory beef sausage cooks alongside tender peppers and onions that soften and develop a natural sweetness in a rich, well-seasoned skillet blend. Inspired by the classic sausage and peppers you’d find at a street fair or family gathering, this is bold, satisfying comfort food made with simple, real ingredients.

  1. Thaw meal overnight in refrigerator for best flavor.
  2. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Set aside toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Add the entire bag of beef sausage, peppers, and onions to skillet. Add 1/2 cup water. You can add a little more or less depending on preferred finished consistency.
  5. Cook 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until beef sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
    and peppers and onions are tender.
  6. Top with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
