Bruschetta Chicken

Seasoned chicken breast is topped with a fresh tomato and herb mixture and finished with our house-made balsamic glaze for a bright, flavorful bruschetta-style dinner. Simply sear on stovetop and bake in oven makes this an easy, weeknight-friendly meal.
Cooking Instructions
- For best flavor and texture thaw overnight in the refrigerator. This is important — the ingredients will self-marinate as they thaw, enhancing flavor.
- Prep. Once fully thawed, remove the balsamic glaze and cheese from the kit and set aside.
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
- Heat oven safe pan and spritz with cooking oil (avocado oil is recommended). Dump chicken, tomatoes, and all spices and juices into heated pan. Spread chicken out so it is in 1 layer in pan. Sear both sides of chicken for 2-3 minutes.
- Place oven safe pan into oven and bake at 450°F for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F. Pull out. Top with cheese. Place back in oven for 5 minutes, until cheese fully melted.
- Let sit for 3-5 min to rest then top with balsamic glaze.
