Cooking Instructions
- Thaw meal overnight in refrigerator.
- Drain shrimp and set aside. Do not rinse.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add linguine noodles to water and cook 7-8 minutes, until just shy of al dente; they will finish cooking in the sauce. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water (starch water), then drain noodles and set noodles aside.
- Pour Lemon Garlic Sauce packet into a large sauté pan. Add reserved ½ cup starch water. Bring to a boil and cook on medium for about 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.
- Add shrimp to sauce and cook 1 minute. Turn shrimp over and cook an additional 1 minute. Shrimp will finish cooking when returned to the sauce later. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside to prevent shrimp from overcooking.
- Add cooked linguine to sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes, tossing constantly until pasta is fully cooked.
- Return shrimp to pasta and sauce. Toss gently for about 1 minute, until shrimp reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Do not overcook. Shrimp cook quickly and will continue cooking after removed from heat.
- Remove from heat and let sit 2-3 minutes to thicken, then serve.
