Signature BBQ Chicken

This fan-favorite BBQ chicken starts with organic drumsticks and thighs that naturally absorb flavor as they thaw in a light brine, resulting in exceptionally juicy, well-seasoned meat. Finished with our Signature BBQ dry rub and house-made BBQ sauce, this meal delivers deep flavor, tender texture, and the kind of comfort food families ask for again and again.
Cooking Instructions
- Thaw the chicken completely in refrigerator – ideally overnight. This step is essential, as the chicken self-marinates in its brine, locking in moisture and flavor.
- Once fully thawed, remove the BBQ Seasoning and BBQ Sauce and set aside. Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Drain chicken to remove brine. Rinse, if desired. Pat dry to achieve a crispier skin on chicken.
- Spread chicken in a single layer on baking sheet. Spritz with oil (we recommend avocado oil). Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 3-5 minutes, then toss in the BBQ Dry Rub while still hot, using a large heat-safe bowl. Dip in BBQ Sauce and Enjoy.
