Spicy Hamburger Pasta

Seasoned ground beef, pasta, and our clean spice blend cook together on the stovetop in one pot to create a bold, satisfying pasta with a touch of heat and finished with melted cheese. This simple, family-style dinner comes together quickly and delivers big flavor without the prep.
Cooking Instructions
- For best flavor and texture, thaw overnight in the refrigerator. This allows the ingredients to self-marinate during the thaw.
- Once fully thawed, remove cheese from the kit and set aside.
- Pour the pasta and meat mixture into a large stove top pot. Add 7 cups of water. Bring to boil, cover, and cook over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to thicken, pasta nearly done, and internal temperature of ground beef reaches 165°F. You can add ½ cup more or less water to reach the
- desired thickness — pasta will thicken as it cools.
- Reduce heat to low, remove the lid, and stir in the cheese.Continue cooking uncovered for 5–10 more minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the pasta is tender.
- Spoon into bowls and enjoy a hearty, comforting dinner — no prep required.

Pro Tips!
- Great for leftovers; the flavors continue to develop after resting. Just add a little water or milk when reheating.
- For a milder, saucier finish, add a small splash of milk or cream toward the end of cooking and stir to adjust consistency.
- If you enjoy extra heat, a pinch of red pepper flakes at the end brings out the spice even more.
- Forgot to thaw? This pasta can be cooked from frozen. Start on low heat with about ½ cup extra water, start on low for a short time, then bring to a boil and finish cooking as usual.
